With Sintony 60 you work with a system which is not only state-of-the-art today but will also be so in the future. There are certainly already some features included which you would not expect from a residential control panel but we from Siemens try always to be innovative and a few steps ahead.

We use a uni-directional radio system with the new SiWay protocol which uses a check sum signal with a 24Bit security code, therefore, no data conflicts are possible.

A state-of-the-art frequency monitoring in combination with a dynamic battery checking by the detectors every couple of minutes secures a steady connection between detectors and control panel. This gives you or the customer enough time in advance if the battery gets low (usually after several years- depending on the application).

Additional receiver modules can be connected to overcome transmission problems. Even though the detectors have a wide transmission range it can happen that the distance is too far, therefore, you can place an additional external receiver module in the building. Compared to other systems this is much more user friendly because it reduces the electrical smog within a home. With the new included RSSI feature (Radio Signal Strength Indication) the quality of each received wireless device can be easily checked as it is displayed on the control panel.

Last but not least, the system is certified according to newest standards for home security systems in Europe EN 50131 Grade 2 Class II, including the newest state of the art wireless standards which guaranties easy and problem free installations.
