In combination with the GSM it can even work as a stand-alone solution without a telephone line. With the module 2-way audio verification a CMS can verify alarms and avoid costs for false alarms and, therefore, unnecessary interventions. It also provides the possibility to get in direct contact with the customer to give "online" help instructions or offer additional services, for example medical support.
